S.E.C. Farley Fund
The Foundation, through its Farley Fund, awards scholarships and grants to further its objective of educational opportunity for real estate professionals, aspiring students, academic institutions and the investing public.
Named in honor of S.E.C. Member Jim Farley, the S.E.C. Farley Fund has assisted S.E.C. Farley Scholarships are available to qualified applicants pursuing academic endeavors and real estate licensees and others advancing their education in creative real estate and equity marketing. Scholarship awards are based on a demonstration of financial need and previous academic or professional excellence.
Farley Education Program Grants are available to qualified individuals, organizations and academic institutions for initiatives in business and real estate education that further enhance the mission of the Society and the Foundation. Grant applicants must pursue professional or educational programs that advance the principle that “Real Estate is a People Business”.

- The S.E.C. Education Foundation is an IRC 501 (c) 3 not for profit affiliate of the Society of Exchange Counselors. All donations are tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.
