The S.E.C. Education Foundation is an IRC 501(c) 3 not for profit affiliate of the Society of Exchange Counselors.

Founded in 1961, The Society has been the real estate industry's leader in the field of equity marketing and creative real estate for over 40 years. Our operating philosophy is based upon the premise that "Real Estate is a People Business".

Recognizing a void in sophisticated education programs in the field of creative real estate, we have again dedicated our time, expertise and resources to conduct and underwrite advanced education programs for the real estate industry.

The S.E.C. Education Foundation also provides a variety of educational and charitable grant programs for real estate professionals, academic institutions, students and the investing public through the S.E.C. Farley Fund.
